Decision-support service
BARUGA assists with drafting, programme work, business operations and opportunity intelligence. Outputs require human review and do not constitute legal advice, official approval, an electronic signature, a job guarantee or a binding institutional decision.
User authority and confidentiality
Users must have authority to upload and process the information they provide. Do not upload classified material, credentials, unlawful content, or personal data that the user or institution is not permitted to process.
Accuracy and responsible use
Users must verify facts, figures, names, dates, citations, eligibility requirements and official instructions. BARUGA must not be used to invent qualifications, decisions, approvals, evidence or credentials.
Documents, letters and memoranda
Draft letters and memoranda are editable working products. The user remains responsible for protocol, clearance, legal review, signature authority, dispatch and retention. A generated or recorded approval is not a legally qualified digital signature unless the institution separately implements an approved signature standard.
Third-party opportunities
Always confirm requirements, deadlines and submission instructions on the official source. BARUGA is not responsible for changes or errors on third-party sites.
Service and subscriptions
Access may be limited to protect security, comply with law or prevent misuse. Prices, billing periods and cancellation terms are shown before purchase, and charges occur only after express confirmation through secure checkout.
